🛠️ Workshops

Workshops represent a valuable opportunity to foster focused and timely discussions on topics of common interest, preferably with a practical approach. Proposals will be accepted for both half-day and full-day workshops.

📄 Proposal Requirements

Submit a descriptive file including the following information:

  • Abstract: Maximum 150 words.
  • Title: Clear and descriptive. Use the prefix “Workshop:”.
  • Workshop Topic: Description and relevance.
  • Goals and Objectives: Intended goals of the workshop.
  • Activities: Planned activities and structure.
  • Outcomes: Expected benefits or results for participants.
  • Logistics: Required equipment, max number of participants, duration, and type of venue.
  • Organizer(s): Names and backgrounds.

Once accepted, authors may submit a short or long paper on the workshop topic to be published in the conference proceedings book, with ISBN.

  • Paper submission deadline: July 30, 2025
  • Paper review: August 15, 2025
  • Final paper version: August 31, 2025

Authors must remove personal information, acknowledgments, and any identifying clues. They must use the template (Word).
